Here's what we need to know to begin your home search adventure:

Location - The 3 L's of real estate are Location, Location, and Location.

Beds/Baths - If it's a growing family or downsizing, everyone has their sweet-spot.

Move in Ready or Fixer Upper - There's no shame in either one.

Garage or Outbuilding - Whether for your cars or your man-cave.

Price-point - Any great agent will tell you this is the first step to a smooth home buying experience!

Final Walkthrough: Sometimes there is a misunderstanding on what items need to stay with the property and what items go, so we do a final walk through before closing to make sure all looks good (and to make sure the sellers didn't put a big hole in the wall while moving that sectional!)
